I had a lovely time at the Waterstone Resort & Marina. The staff was incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable, especially Cliff, who went above and beyond for us. However, my initial excitement turned to disappointment when I encountered housekeeping issues and room issues during the stay. Overall, there were many positive aspects, but some areas could definitely be improved.
